Here's a deck I quickly put together in a few minutes. The theme is Pegasus, as in Relinquished with Toon World to boot. Its not meant to be competitive, but fun against my friends. Please keep in mind that I don't have a lot Toons or well, good car…

Well, depends on what's in your list, if its E-Hero, well, you have a lot of packs to choose from, but I'd say if you can find Jaden Packs, 1, 3 and 6(?).
Of course structure decks are always a good choice, cause they are good to go out of the pack…
The text looks fake, or the sticker of the eye of Anubis in the bottom right corner, which if those are first edition, would be gold. The bad looks legit though.
Why use Koumori Dragon, Baby Dragon, or Red Eyes Darkness Dragon, the latter if you're only running one Red Eyes B. Dragon.

Well, Elemental Hero have soooooooooo much support, but you could make reasonable cases for both, like the power that is Diamond Dude, get Bonding H2O, get out a Water Dragon. Though Miracle Fusion makes the Heroes stand out quite a bit. Then there…
Well Red Eyes Black Metal Dragon is a machine, and my favorite card. Though its too situational to use, unless you have a dedicated deck.
You want your deck to be around 40 to 44 max cards. I'd say take out cards that are situational or aren't that helpful.
If you're really hard pressed, try a duel, see what just doesn't help at all, and you'll know what to take out. Oh you'll know...
