Here's a deck I quickly put together in a few minutes. The theme is Pegasus, as in Relinquished with Toon World to boot. Its not meant to be competitive, but fun against my friends. Please keep in mind that I don't have a lot Toons or well, good cards, but I try to make do. I also want to keep it at 40 (assuming I count correctly.) I'll have to find a way to work in Megamorph, prolly take out Black Pendant.

Monsters:
1 - Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon - Most powerful Toon.
1 - Chaos Sorcerer - Awesome effect.
1 - Destiny Hero - Dasher - Gets out one monster faster, or a good one by itself.
1 - Summoned Skull - Good old skull, powerful card, one sacrifice.
2 - Toon Summoned Skull - Easy enough to get out, powerful.
1 - Dark Elf - Powerful, might take out due to effect.
1 - Hysteric Fairy - Strong enough, effect might come in handy, who knows?
1 - Indomitable Fighter Lei Lei - strong hitter
1 - Maha Vailo - Eh, mostly here for Chaos Sorcerer
1 - Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands - Searches out either card need for Relinquished.
1 - Royal Magical Library - good def, effect, hopefully
1 - Sonic Bird - searches for Black Illusion Ritual
1 - Senju of the Thousand Hands - gets Relinquished
1 - Toon Goblin Attack Force - Good Toon.
1 - Sangan - Staple
1 - Mask of Despair - Staple
2 - Spear Cretin - Bring back Relinquished if already ritualed, or loop itself
2 - Relinquished - Main card, thought 3 would be a bit much

Spell:
1 - Bait Doll - personal fav, good trap removal
1 - Dragged Down Into the Grave - gets a Toon in grave to bring back when World is present, draw 1
1 - Giant Trunade - Staple/works well with Toon World.
1 - Monster Reborn - Staple, so many combos
1 - Soul Exchange - use their monster for mine, can't attack anyway with Toons
1 - Stop Defense - so I don't get a 0 atk/def monster with Relinquished.
1 - MST - Staple
1 - Reload - try to get a better hand
1 - Black Pendant - 500 boost, 500 direct damage
1 - The Dark Door - limit atk, like when I'm weak, Relinquished's equipped monster is gone, not him
2 - Toon World - Staple for Toon
2 - Black Illusion Ritual - For Relinquished

Traps:
1 - Acid Trap Hole - facedown monster? I don't think so
1 - Draining Shield - stop atk, gain lp, needed for Toon World
1 - Trap Hole - self explanatory
1 - Gravity Bind - Stops high level monsters from attacking, but not Relinquished
1 - Magic Jammer - protection

So their is my deck so far. The reason I have Acid Trap Hole is so Mask of Darkness has something to get back.
I'm trying to keep it old school, for the most part. I may put in Mechanical Chaser for Dark Elf, and Maha Vilo for a stronger light monster.

Im brand new here to this site, i was originally looking for a way to make myself my own ghost on ygo5d's SA so i couls re create my deck into a better form when i stumbled on this by accident and thought this might work better

Always remember whenever you are building your deck keep in mind what you want the deck to do then add cards to the deck that do what you need. Example If i were to build a Dragon Deck i would use Debris Dragon, Totem Dragon, Masked Dragon, and Exploder Dragon. They all can be searched with Masked Dragon, and can be used to sync with Debris for a lvl 6-7 Dragon-type synchro monster.
