I don't have a deck. how do i get 1

I have a decklist but i don't know how to get a deck.

Do what I did buy 2 Dark Emperor Starter Decks, then combine them into one deck. I did this for fun at a local touney, and won half my duels. From there you can buy cards online its way cheaper than buying boosters. I got a Gorz the Embissary of Darkness for $3 and he rocks in this deck. Check out my D.D. Abuse deck and it will show you what I built off these structure decks.

it depends on what you battle for example say u battle warriors go buy 2 warrior structure deck defferent kinds and mix them then if thair is some warrior cards that are not in the structure decks you bought get them off ebay like me.then if you dont want to spend money trade for them or get ones you already have.when you get your deck ill battle you hopefully you will do the right thing and play your cards right and get u game on.....................................wow!!!

Well, depends on what's in your list, if its E-Hero, well, you have a lot of packs to choose from, but I'd say if you can find Jaden Packs, 1, 3 and 6(?).

Of course structure decks are always a good choice, cause they are good to go out of the package and have some essential cards for decks such as heavy storm, mst, etc, as well as giving you a base if you want to mod that deck. Which you may have to if you play by the forbidden list, idk what's on it now.
